How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → MULIO → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the cancellation; we never see your billing details. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Sunday came and I didn’t get a Weekly Intelligence Report.

The Weekly Intelligence Report fires Sunday at 8 AM local time, but only if you logged at least one Daily Entry in the prior 7 days. If you logged but the report didn't arrive: force-quit MULIO, reopen, pull-to-refresh on the Reports tab. If still missing after 30 minutes, email support@mulio.ai with your Apple ID region.

How do I delete my account?

Open MULIO → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. The action is irreversible. All journal entries, reports, This Week playbooks, Ask MULIO history, and Mem0 cross-week memory are removed within 30 days. The non-reversible anti-abuse identifier described in /privacy is retained.

I lost access to my Sign in with Apple account.

MULIO uses Sign in with Apple as the only authentication method. We don’t store passwords and we can’t reset Apple credentials on your behalf. Visit appleid.apple.com to recover your Apple ID. Once recovered, reopen MULIO — your account history is preserved.

Can I export all my data?

Yes. Open MULIO → Settings → Privacy → Export Data. You receive a machine-readable JSON file containing your daily entries, reports, This Week playbooks, and Ask MULIO history. Available once every 24 hours. The export file auto-deletes from our servers after 24 hours.
