Description of Service
MULIO is an AI journaling and life-guidance application for iOS. The service produces a daily plan (the Game Plan), a weekly report delivered on Sunday evenings (the Weekly Report), and on-demand AI answers (Ask MULIO), together with journaling, goal-tracking, and money-tracking features — based on the content you provide and, if you opt in, limited Apple HealthKit signals.
Account Registration
You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use MULIO. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are flagged for repeated abuse of the free trial or other promotional allowances.
Subscription and Payment
MULIO offers a subscription at $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial, managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation and refund requests are handled by Apple through App Store settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MULIO for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the application, use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service, share your credentials with others, or submit harmful content.
AI-Generated Content
MULIO provides AI-generated analysis and insights for personal development purposes only. Reports, Game Plans, and Ask MULIO responses are NOT medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or professional counseling. MULIO is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or fitness professionals. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, psychological, or training concerns.
Intellectual Property
The MULIO application, its design, features, and code are owned by Exitroom101 LLC. Your journal entries and personal data remain your property. By using MULIO, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your reports, your Game Plan, your Ask MULIO responses, and maintaining the service's memory of your prior weeks.
Data and Privacy
Your use of MULIO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which discloses (among other things) the AI provider that processes your inputs (DeepSeek V4 Pro, operating servers in mainland China), the subprocessors we use, the data retention table, your GDPR rights, and the COPPA position. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. MULIO may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account within the app. Account deletion is irreversible — all journal entries, reports, Game Plans, Ask MULIO history, and stored AI memory will be permanently removed within 30 days, with the exception of the non-reversible anti-abuse identifier described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exitroom101 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MULIO.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MULIO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MULIO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes through the in-app changelog and via email to subscribers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
